About The Festival
The VII International Festival of National Puppet Theaters "Rainbow" will be held in 2018.
Dear colleagues!
Samara State Puppets Theatre at financial support of the Government of Samara region holds from 15th till September, 20th, 2018 carrying out of VII International Festival of national theatres of puppets «The Rainbow». He conducted since 2005.
To participation in Festival professional theatres of puppets with performances on motives of national legends (epos), on products of the national authors, focused on the spectator from 5 till 12 years are invited. Among the many theatrical forums, the Festival clearly defined its content - the national drama. This is very important today, when the globalization of economic relations can lead to the globalization of cultures. The festival is planned to be held on several stages of the city of Samara, Russia.
The Organizing Committee determines the composition of the participants of the festival on the basis of submitted applications, questionnaires and the full version of the video performance (CD-ROM or DVD or links to online viewing). All documents must be sent to the Organizing Committee of the Festival before April 15, 2018. The Organizing Committee sends letters of invitation till May 30, 2018.
Video performance is required.
The Organizing Committee of the Festival takes the following expenses:
- Accommodation and meals of the participating team
- Transfer
Provides:
- Stage (in accordance with the presented technical rider)
- Media coverage
- Technical support of the performance (in accordance with the presented technical rider)
The cost of transportation to the venue of the festival and back, transportation of all cargoes is made at the expense of the participants' own funds.
